Print and sinter Inconel® 718 with this package designed for quick metal printing success.

Package includes:

0.5kg Spool of Inconel® 718 Filamet™
FilaWarmer
0.6mm Hardened Steel Nozzle*
Alumina Crucible - 300mL or Graphite Crucible 765mL
Sintering Refractory Ballast - Steel Blend - 1kg
Sintering Carbon - 0.5kg

*If your printer does not use MK8 or MK10 1.75mm nozzles, you will need to purchase a 0.6mm stainless or hardened steel nozzle separately.
You'll also need blue painters tape for bed adhesion. Filamet™ sticks hard to the print bed.

Inconel 718 Filamet™ is available as 1.75mm filament and as pellets.

Specs: This filament comes in 0.5kg and 1kg spools and 1kg bags of pellets. It contains 82.0% - 85.0% metal and has a density of 3.23g/cc-g/cc.

High Compatibility: This Filamet™ enables any open-architecture Fused Filament Fabrication 3D printer to produce metal objects. Even works in 3D printing pens!

Easy to Print: All you need is an open architecture 3D printer, a 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle, a Filawarmer, and a model to print. Print like regular PLA. Place your spool so that the filament coming off is going straight into the extruder. The flow rate in your slicer may need to be adjusted up to 135%.

Advanced Properties: Filamet™ is higher strength than ever before! It is also less hygroscopic than regular PLA.

Fully Sinterable Metal Filament: Once fired in a sintering furnace, the result is 100% metal. Little to no warping occurs during printing. Instructions for sintering this product.

Special Qualities: Super alloy.

Used For: Partner Innovators have used this filament for aerospace and automotive research.

Eliminate tooling and machining costs for short run manufacturing, prototyping, and one-off metal part needs.

Note: All sales final except in cases of defective product.
