Metal 3D Printing Starter Kiln
Our Metal 3D Starter Kiln will sinter printed metal, glass and ceramic 3D prints with the click of a button. This kiln is designed to reach a maximum temperature of 2500°F/1370°C which is specific to the sintering of metal and ceramic parts. It features a 3-key programmable temperature control with multiple ramp/hold programmable sequences and recipes.

This Metal 3D Printing Sintering Kiln allows users to sinter a number of The Virtual Foundry 3D printing materials including Ceramics, Bronze, Copper, 316L Stainless Steel, 17-4PH Stainless Steel, Inconel 718, and more in development!
How it works:
3D Print, Pack, Sinter, Metal! Users "pack" the printed part in our Al2O3 Sintering Refractory Ballast, cover with our Sintering Carbon, and load the part in the Metal 3D Printing Sintering Kiln. Select the parameters for sintering, click start and your parts will soon turn to functional metal objects! Follow the instructions included with the Metal 3D Printing Starter Kiln to turn your 3D printed parts into pure metal. This kiln allows for your choice of inert gas or open environment sintering.
Inert Gas not included. Proper ventilation is required while operating kiln. Kilns operate at a very high temperature, please use with extreme caution.
