Bronze Filamet™: 1kg spool included. It contains 88.0% - 90.0% metal and has a density of 4.29g/cc - 4.5g/cc.
Copper Filamet™: 1kg spool included. It contains 87.0% - 90.7% metal and has a density of 4.8g/cc - 5.0g/cc.
Stainless Steel 316L Filamet™: 1kg spool included. It contains 80.0% - 85.0% metal and has a density of 3.5g/cc.
Metal 3D Printer: Specifically built and optimized for printing Filamet™. It has a Micro Swiss all metal direct drive extruder and a BL Touch probe for automatic bilinear compensation. The printer comes with 8GB USB, FilaWarmer, Spool Holder and Hub, extra 0.6mm and 0.8mm hardened steel nozzles, print removal scraper, printer tool kit, and powder coated spring steel build plate. Uses a 7” touchscreen display for user input with USB/SD Card slots to load GCode files. It has a build area of 220x220x300mm (8.66x8.66x11.81in) and weighs 10.75kg (23.7lbs) with an overall size of 509x476x570mm (20.04x18.74x22.44in). This printer has a wide range of compatible filaments beyond Filamet™, including PLA, PETG, TPU, and more.
Nozzles: Two extra 0.6mm hardened steel nozzles are included with this bundle They are suitable for Aluminum 6061, Bronze, Copper, High Carbon Iron, Inconel 718, Stainless Steel 17-4, Stainless Steel 316L, Rapid 3D Shield Tungsten, Titanium 64-5, Pyrex® (Borosilicate), Amaco 46-D, Silicon Carbide, Zirconium Silicate.
Metal 3D Printing Starter Kiln: With a maximum temperature of 1370°C (2500°F), The Starter Kiln is perfect for sintering Bronze, Copper, and Steel filamet™. This kiln has a touchscreen controller for user input and a programmable gas injection solenoid for use with inert gasses (not required for sintering). Power specifications are 120v, Ph 1, 60Hz, 15A , 1800w, Single Phase, Nema 5-15R plug. The chamber size is 152mm W x 152mm D x 159mm H (6" W x 6" D x 6.25" H) with overall dimensions of 279mm W x 381mm D x 457mm H (11.0" W x 15.0" D x 18.0" H).
Al2O3: For debinding Bronze and Copper Filamet™. Can be reused many times. Particle size is 100 mesh. The maximum temperature is 1600°C.
Talc: For sintering Bronze and Copper Filamet™ and debinding and sintering Pyrex Filamet™. Easily moves when the part shrinks and it leaves a superior post-sinter finish. Particle size is submicron. The maximum temperature is 1100°C.
Steel Blend: For debinding and sintering Inconel 718, Stainless Steel 17-4, and Stainless Steel 316L Filamet™. Antioxidant in the stainless steel sintering process. Particle size is submicron to 100 mesh. The maximum temperature is 1600°C.
Sintering Carbon: For keeping oxygen away from your parts during sintering. Only use with metal Filamet™. Prevents oxygen from reaching your part during sintering. Particle size is granular. The maximum temperature is 2800°C.
Crucible: Two crucibles included. Made of Alumina. 500mL volume, 107mm D x 107mm H. The maximum temperature is 1600°C. Can be used to sinter Bronze, Copper, High Carbon Iron, Inconel 718, Stainless Steel 17-4, Stainless Steel 316L, Pyrex® (Borosilicate), Amaco 46-D. Expected lifespan is 15+ sintering cycles.
Kiln Paper: This bundle comes with a pack of 3 sheets of Kiln Paper. Each sheet is 154 x 154 mm (6 x 6 in). Can be used to cover the crucible to preserve Sintering Carbon, or placed under the crucible to ensure the crucible can be easily removed after the sintering cycle.
Sintering Gloves: These gloves are leather with a cotton lining, with reinforced thumbs and Kevlar thread. Overall size of 330mm x 140mm.
Crucible Tongs: With an opening of 64mm (2.51”) when closed and an overall length of 398mm (15.67”), these crucible tongs are useful for grabbing the crucible out of the kiln to avoid touching the heating elements. Color and style may vary.
