At The Virtual Foundry, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a return is necessary. Please review our return and restocking policy below:
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis. Approval for returns must be obtained from our customer service team prior to returning any products.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused, and sealed condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Any opened or used products received will not be refunded.
Restocking Fee:
- A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Return Shipping Costs and Incorrect Shipping Address Returns:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Any packages returned to us due to an incorrect or bad address provided by the customer will be subject to return shipping costs plus a 5% fee.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, minus the 5% restocking fee.
