Return Policy

At The Virtual Foundry, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a return is necessary. Please review our return and restocking policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis. Approval for returns must be obtained from our customer service team prior to returning any products.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused, and sealed condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Any opened or used products received will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Return Shipping Costs and Incorrect Shipping Address Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Any packages returned to us due to an incorrect or bad address provided by the customer will be subject to return shipping costs plus a 5% fee.
  • Any packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges will be subject to return shipping costs plus a 5% fee.

Store Credit Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If approved, your store credit will be processed, and sent to the email address on file for the order, minus the 5% restocking fee.
