We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The Virtual Foundry is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
The Virtual Foundry offers various shipping methods at checkout to meet your needs. The buyer is responsible for selecting the desired shipping method and paying any associated fees.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. The buyer can track their package using the provided tracking number. It may take 24-48 hours after the package has shipped for the carrier website to show tracking.

Lost or Stolen Packages
In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. The seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact The Virtual Foundry within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will request photos of the damage to assist with filing a claim with the carrier. Sometimes the carrier will attempt to retrieve the damaged package. Please keep all contents with and in the package.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Virtual Foundry is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address due to buyer error.
If the package is returned to the seller due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and a restocking fee may be applied.
The shipping fee you pay when you order is the carrier fee and does not include any import or customs fees.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional fees and taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
The Virtual Foundry cannot predict or control these charges and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections.
If the buyer refuses to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to the seller, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and a restocking fee may be applied.
