Material Requirements
We can process most powders, provided they are not toxic, chemically unstable, or highly reactive (e.g., Sodium or Zinc).

Optimal Powder: Up to 53 microns for filaments printable in 0.6mm nozzles. Up to 105 microns for filaments printable in 0.8mm nozzles.

Quantity: 2 liters (approx. 1–6kg, depending on density)

Sourcing: You may provide your own powder or have us procure it for a $750 fee, plus material costs

The Process

Project Plan: We provide a formal outline of terms and pricing.

Payment: Full payment is required via Credit Card, Wire, or ACH before work begins.

Production: We mix your powder with our binder, extrude the filament, and perform test prints.

Delivery: You receive spooled filament or pellets compatible with open-architecture FFF printers
Note: Debinding follows our standard published guidelines. We do not perform custom sintering trials.
Development Projects
If your project requires specific material loading percentages, unique additives (like graphene or carbon fiber), or alternative binders, it falls into our Development category. These projects are handled on a case-by-case basis to meet specialized research goals.
